Andrew Lowe

Andrew is an experienced technical project manager, having worked in programme and project development and management across a range of high-level technology-led private and public sectors projects in telecoms, media and enterprise software over the course of 25 years for clients including Virgin Media, Sky, eir and various NHS Trusts.

Since 2025, Andrew has been working on the development and management of the Goldacre One site development pipeline, managing engagement and evaluation across 30+ sites in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and other core markets.
