Caroline Rouse

Caroline is the CFO at the Noé Group and has over 25 years’ experience as a finance director within the commercial and residential property sectors. Prior to joining the Noé Group, Caroline established two start-up enterprises: a design-led residential development company and a student accommodation platform operating in the UK and Europe.

Caroline was European Finance Director for London & Cambridge Properties leading on debt funding and appraising potential investment and development opportunities in retail malls and industrial warehousing. Prior to that Caroline was at Tishman Speyer Properties as Director of European Finance and Accounting and Finance Director at Stockley Park, one of the first business parks in Europe.

Caroline qualified with Price Waterhouse and outside activities include being treasurer for two London-based charities.
